Wiki upgrade

Despite the total lack of documetation on how to do so, I managed to upgrade MoinMoin from 1.3.5 to 1.5.0 with minimal headache. Basically just replace your old folders with the new stuff, and frob wikiconfig.py.

at "work"

There was a web-uni/multi-cast. It was avaliable in WM[AV] 9 (aka 3). Anyway, the live stream's parameters were in a .nsc file (refrenced to by the .asx file). The contents of this file are jiberish however. I found http://nanocrew.net/2005/08/31/reversing-nsc/ at just the last minute, and was able to use MPlayer to play the mms:// URL. Pity that the AMD64 box can't use win32-codecs.
