Goals I would like to see NetBSD meet
- good at many tasks: server, workstation, router
- clean design
- support for whatever hardware is feasable
- low-reliance on binary-only drivers
- integration of Arla AFS client (when it's ready)
- adherence to long-standing (in some cases legacy) Unix and BSD traditions
